The Ed Chynoweth Cup final is set, and it's a repeat of the last two WHL final series.
The Edmonton Oil Kings won their third-straight Eastern Conference championship with a win over Medicine Hat on Saturday, while Portland picked up their fourth-consecutive Western Conference title after taking care of Kelowna on Friday.
Edmonton won the first league championship series between these two teams in 2012, while the Winterhawks came out on top last season.
The series starts Saturday in Portland.
In Junior A, Daylan Gatzke and the Yorkton Terriers are 1-and-1 at the Western Canada Cup in Dauphin, after a 3-1 loss to Winnipeg on Saturday and a 8-6 win over the host Kings on Sunday.
Their next game is tomorrow afternoon against Spruce Grove.
