The Town of Frontier was without water Thursday afternoon for a time.

“Our water was shut down for about three hours from about one o'clock to four o'clock. We shut down because we didn't want people using the water because we had a break in the line from the sewer lift station out to the lagoon," said Frontier Town Administrator Barb Webber. "We repaired that and we do have water back on now.”

Webber says, though, the Town of Frontier is now under a Boil Water Advisory until further notice.

A water sample has been sent off to the Saskatchewan Provincial Lab and they hope to have results by Monday or Tuesday.

Webber says, in the meantime, to sponge bath your children and boil all water for consumption at a rolling boil for at least one minute.
