The court case for the man accused of crossing into Canada illegally and evading police through Saskatchewan and Alberta has been adjourned again.

Selasie Onegus Turner appeared in Swift Current Provincial Court yesterday via video from Calgary where he's being held.

His case has been pushed back to October 10 at 1:30 p.m. as he tries to get representation.

Crown Prosecutor Curtis Wiebe said he's working with the Alberta prosecutor at combining Turner's charges. He has a handful in each province.

Turner is scheduled to appear in Alberta court today.
