Central School Wins Outdoor Classroom

Kids from Central School promote their winning campaign

It's news Central School and all of Swift Current has been waiting for since voting closed for the Majesta Trees of Knowledge Competition last week.

"It's very exciting news!" said Central School Principal Bryan Braun. "At about 10:45am this morning, we got a call from Majesta Trees of Knowledge Competition that we had officially won the contest."

Braun said they can now take their next step.

"The plan that we had put forth will be accelerated," explained Braun. "We will meet with our outdoor classroom committee next week and get a timeline together for getting some things done."

Braun added that there were lots of screams and cheers today as the news was spreading.
