Even though it's cold and it could snow today, spring is here and that means it's time again for residential street sweeping in Swift Current.
The city has been split into 14 different areas, with crews looking to work in at least one of those areas each day over the next few weeks.
Areas 9 and 10 are set to be swept as the program starts Monday. Those areas include the streets east of 13th Ave NE to Memorial Drive (formerly the Highway 4 bypass), and between Hillcrest Drive and Walker Street. People living in those areas are being asked to keep their cars off the street between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
