Various High Schools around the southwest are holding their Color Nights as classes start to wrap up for the school year.

Today the Gull Lake High School will be holding their Color Night.

Phyllis Steele is the Gull Lake School's Color Night Organizer. She says, "Well, Color Night is to acknowledge students who have excelled in their academics and athletics. And we also present kids with scholarships, the Grade 12's, for Post Secondary."

Steele says that there will be $8500 in Post Secondary scholarships awarded to the Grade 12's this evening.

Color Night goes at the Gull Lake High School this evening starting at seven o'clock. The public is welcome to attend.
