It was literal thunder for those taking in Country Thunder over the weekend as a severe thunderstorm brought rain, lightning, heavy winds, and even some hail to Craven.

Festival guests are packing up and moving out of the site today after a festival that saw country stars such as Dallas Smith, Gord Bamford, Jake Owen, The Road Hammers, and Chris Stapleton take the stage. Tim McGraw fans didn't love his concert being cancelled Saturday night due to the serve thunderstorm that rolled through the area.

The weather added to what was already a busy weekend for Saskatchewan RCMP as they were making sure attendees were safe and sheltered.

Over the five-day music festival, Saskatchewan RCMP dealt with 160 calls with the majority of calls and charged related to alcohol.

Of the 160 calls, 27 lead to charges with 21 of those charges were against adults with six against youth. A total of 46 prisoners were held in custody.

For the Combined Traffic Services statistic, officers issued a total of 307 tickets, 432 warnings, 81 vehicle inspection tickets, four roadside suspensions and located six people wanted on outstanding warrants.
