It's become a very important event for people living with diabetes in our community.
The 7th annual Diabetes Forum goes Saturday at East Side Church of God in Swift Current. organizer Dorothy Quebec says another busy day is planned, with guest speakers and educational sessions about diabetes management, touching on nutrition, medication and exercise.
Quebec says the registration deadline has passed, but they may still have a few spots available. The registration fee is $10.00, and you can get more information, or sign up, by calling her at 778-6534.
