Troy Swanson, one of the men facing charges in a major drug bust made another appearance in Provincial Court this morning.

Swanson, who appeared by video link from Regina Correctional Facility, and his lawyer Glenn Verdurmen through telephone, informed court they would not be able to proceed with the case until receiving further disclosure related to the case by the prosecution.

The case has since been adjourned to December 7th to allow for more time to receive disclosure.

Meanwhile, Brock Palfrey and William Larson, two of the other men facing charges in the same case, will make appearances on December 7th and 9th for a bail hearing.

A publication ban remain in place on the details of the case.
