Looking to defend his seat in the Cypress Hills Constituency, Wayne Elhard of the Saskatchewan Party is looking forward to another busy campaign leading up to November 7.

Elhard feels that highways and health care will be two of main issues in the battle for his riding.



Meanwhile, Elhard says he feels his party needs to look at making gains in urban ridings around the province.
