The Grade six and seven Drama students at the Shaunavon Public School are proud to present the one act  comedy "Frankenstein Slept Here" this Thursday and Friday.

The play tells the story of Baroness Frankenstein and how she has opened up her castle to a number of misfits who can't cope with the outside world. The castle belongs to Mrs. Hoople who arrives with her niece and her husband to inspect the premises and discovers the staff is not quite what she expected.

Teachers Shelby Carlson and Brent Michelson have been working with the students on the production and they explain there are ten actors and ten other students working behind the scenes.

Mr. Michelson says "There's a lot of talent in the town, and it's really cool seeing these kids just really come out with this. So, I just want people to come out and see how amazing these children are, and how much they've learned in such a short time."

Money raised from the play will go towards building up the Drama Fund at the school.

"Frankenstein Slept Here" goes at the Public School. Doors open both nights at six thirty with the play to begin at seven.
