A Rush Lake Man will go to prison after pleading guilty to impaired driving causing death relating to an incident in the city in November.

25 year old Tyson Francis Hall received a sentence of 2 and a half years concurrent in charges relating to the death of Lynne Annette Lucyk.

The 29 year old mother of two died when Hall's pickup truck failed to stop at a red light, ramming the vehicle she and her fiance were driving into a semi trailer who was stopped at the light.

Hall, whose blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit, was a disqualified driver at the time and will also receive a 3 year driving prohibition following his release.
