With temperatures dropping and snow already on the ground, car owners should be thinking about getting their vehicles ready for the winter season.

Lisa Wilson-Sturm, Director of Corporate Communications with CAA Saskatchewan says there are a few different things you can do to get your car ready.
Wilson-Sturm adds it is also a good idea to carry an emergency kit in your vehicle, and pack it with things that could help you if you get stranded in the cold, including non-perishable food items, candles, blankets, water, extra clothing and a flashlight.
