The Saskatchewan Health Authority has given an update on the Leader and District Integrated Healthcare facility, and it remains closed for what seems like a few more days at least.

The SHA said people needing lab, x-ray, or clinic services this week should contact primary health care services nearby, including Maple Creek, Cabri, and Eatonia. The three communities have a physician, nurse practitioner, and lab services available. Maple Creek and Cabri also have x-ray services.

The SHA said the "arrangements are expected to continue for several days while repairs to the Leader facility take place. At this time the cause of the water line break remains under investigation."

Ambulance services remain available in Leader.
