Swift Current is one of three spots in the province to host mobile chronic wasting disease check station for hunters.

Brad Tokaruk of the Ministry of Environment says their goal is to collect 600 head samples over three years, something he is feels can be attainable by making stations more accessable.

The station in Swift Current is open Thursdays from 4pm to 8pm and Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 12pm to 8pm until December 12th at the Ministry of Environment compound.
