Swift Current is celebrating the success of their new Market Square. Musicians and vendors occupied the corner of Chaplin Street and Central Avenue every Saturday from June 25th until September 24th attempting to draw people to the downtown and it worked.
CAO Susan Motkaluk was absolutely delighted by the turn-out of the public, vendors and artists and says they are starting to think about what is in store for next summer.
