The Crown and defence are hoping the third time's the charm in a break-and-enter case.

Yesterday in Swift Current Provincial Court was the second time a joint submission wasn't accepted in Rene Langevin's case.

He was charged with one count of criminal harassment, one count of break and enter to commit mischief, one count of possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, and one count of failure to comply with probation.

Langevin - a 46 year old from Brooks, Alta. - was arrested after a break and enter in Stewart Valley where he had an edged weapon.

Judge Karl Bazin said yesterday's joint submission just needed a bit of tinkering with regards to how ensure Langevin stays on medication that apparently keeps him acting in accordance with the law.

Langevin, who appeared by video yesterday, is expected to appear again by video tomorrow morning.
