Grand Coteau Heritage and Cultural Center in Shaunavon.

This evening The Grand Coteau Heritage and Cultural Center in Shaunavon will be celebrating multiculturalism.

The Museum is hosting an evening featuring three short animated films from the Yorkton Film Festival, as well as a slide presentation by Eddie Island of Shaunavon on her trip to New Zealand, and a special guest speaker from the Swift Current Southwest Newcomer Welcome Center.

Tammy Willman, Program Coordinator at the Museum, said, "We're calling it "What Is  In A Canadian?". We're just talking about the fact that, as a Canadian, we're made up of so many different cultures and so our films kind of go back to the very beginning of immigration."

The event is free of charge for everyone and begins at seven o'clock tonight at the Grand Coteau Heritage and Cultural Center.
