Week 2 of 2012 has begun and while the number of people keeping with their New Year's resolutions is shrinking, some are still sticking to thier guns.

Whether you've lasted these past nine days, or have already given up on your resolution, chances are your resolution had to do with getting in shape or losing weight.

Owner of Bodyfit fitness lounge Andy Schneider says New Year's is a busy time for them, as they see a spike in memberships, and that if losing weight is your goal, it's all about commitment: "If people want to lose weight, it's all about dedication, and if you're dedicated to it, it will happen for you."
 
He says a commitment to eating right and excersing will help you reach your weight loss goals.
