Spring operations are now underway for the City of Swift Current Public Works Department.

Crews are now working at filling several potholes around the city, with a full pothole patch program getting underway in May.

Public Works Manager Greg Parsons says residents can let the Public Works Department know about a pothole that is bothering them, so the Department can take care of it.  The best way to do that, Parson says, is to contact the Public Works Department by telephone.

Parsons adds that street sweeping will also start in mid-April.  Information and maps will be available soon from the City's website.
