A local Supermarket is once again raising funds to send local children to Camp Easter Seals.

Safeway's fundraiser takes donations at check out tills in exchange for extra air miles.

They have a special day coming up.

"This weekend (April 14th) we're going to be doing an awareness day," said Store Manager Rod Orthner. "We have an autographed Broncos jersey that we will raffle off and chocolate covered almonds that they will be selling. They have about 33 kids from the Swift Current area that attend the camp. Some of them will be hear showing pictures from Camp Easter Seals."

The local store's goal is to raise around $4500 or enough to send 3 children to camp and beat last year's total of just over $4000.

Since the beginning of the month they've raised $2600.
