Lots of work has been done on our province's highways in recent years, and more is expected to come. With a November election looming, a topic that's sure to be widely debated again is the state of the province's highways. Jim Reiter is the Minister of Highways and Infrastructure, and says spending has increased dramatically over the last four years on road improvements.

Reiter says they continue to look at ways to improve the province's highways, and remain transparent about it in their 5 year rolling capital plan.
