If you've been frustrated about a lost call or a slow text message on SaskTel's 4G network, you're not alone.

The Crown Corporation has reported several problems related to congestion on the network as more customers switch to the newer technology.

As a result, SaskTel is working to increase capacity on 4G towers in several communities, including Swift Current.

Media Relations Manager Andy Tate says the work should fix the problems and improve 4G service.

Tate adds the work on Swift Current's 4G towers is tentatively scheduled for the week of September 26, and customers should not see any disruptions.
