A judge has forced the Saskatcheawn Indian Gaming Authority to hire back it's chair Kirk Goodtrack.

The First Nations organization that runs six casinos, including the Living Sky Casino, had removed Goodtrack after six months on the job.

They alleged he had conflicts of interest.

Queen's Bench Justice Gerald Allbright ruled that Goodtrack had been properly appointed by the FSIN assembly.
