Halloween Pumpkins
Tonight's junior dance will get underway at 7:00pm with the senior dance at 8:00pm

Looking for a safe party environment that's gone on for 30 years to attend tonight?

Helping keep kids off the streets, while allowing them to have fun on Halloween night, Spookerama once again returns tonight.

This event is a dance for students to take part in, and enjoy throughout the evening.

Larry Johnson, with the Kiwanis club gives more details.

"We have two dances, one for the juniors held at the Clifton Centre, and the senior dance is going to be held at the Paliser Pavillion at the fair grounds. It gives a place for the people to dance, and have a lot of fellowship with a bunch of other students," he said.

There is no cost for these events but, to be permitted into the parties, you must bring your student cards. RCMP members will also be on location.

"We have food, and drinks for them as well, and pop. The last couple of years we have supplied the pizza for them, we have some great music that we have each year. We have costume prizes as well, and it's a good time. The kids really enjoy it." Johnson added

The two dances will each take place on the evening of October 31st, with the junior dance beginning  at 7:00pm, while the senior dance begins at 8:00pm.
