A doctor from Winnipeg passed through Swfit Current on Tuesday and Wednesday as a part of his run across Cananda to support prostate cancer research.
Dr. Riley Senft's grandfather died of prostate cancer and his father is continuing to battle it.
Senft hopes to raise money and awareness throughout his run.
He says it has been amazing seeing the different parts of the country.
Senft adds one of his goals is to draw attention to the steps of detecting prostate cancer.
