On Monday March 11 The Shaunavon Public School got a boost from a local farming business.

Southwest Terminal donated $500.00 to the school's Breakfast Club Program.

Dale Ross is the Principal at the Public School. He explained why the Breakfast Club Program is so important. "We like to have an opportunity for kids to have a complete breakfast in the morning and a healthy, nutritious breakfast if they're unable to have it at home. And having a nutrition program in the morning gives us an opportunity for kids to get in the classroom and be ready to learn on a full stomach and ready to go for the day."

Danny Fehr from the Southwest Terminal, Shaunavon location, talked about how important presentations like this are. "It's important because, ya know, you're working for a company that truly cares about the health of their community that they're established in. And they've always been a leader, I think, in community involvement, investing heavily in supporting those communities they're located in and the surrounding area."
