Collector Cars and Bikes will all be a part of The Boomtown Days Classic Car Show happening this weekend in Shaunavon.

Cal Vance from The Shaunavon Chamber of Commerce explains, "The shows gonna be on Saturday July 17th. It will be at the Memorial Park. If we fill the park up, we do have First Street East that's blocked off as well for overflow.'

The Show runs on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Registration goes Saturday morning at the Park at 8.

Vance adds that, so far, they have close to 30 cars booked, as well as a two wheel drive pulling truck that will be on display.

There will be prizes awarded for the top five vehicles.

Admission to the Park will be by silver collection.

Also happening on Saturday is the Boomtown Poker Walk.

You can get your score sheets for ten dollars each at the Car Show, from the Ole Blacksmith Shop, or from Berg's Home Furnishings, and then visit participating Chamber businesses throughout the day to collect your poker hands to win prizes.

The Poker Walk will go from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Poker hands should be dropped off at the end of the day at The Ole Blacksmith Shop. Winners will be announced Saturday evening in Memorial Park.
