In the November 30 COVID-19 update from The Saskatchewan Health Authority they are reporting a total of 42 new confirmed cases of the virus in the province.

Of those 42 new cases there is 1 in the Far North West zone, 2 in the North West zone, 1 in the North Central zone, 9 in the Saskatoon zone, 9 in the Central East zone, 7 in the Regina zone, 3 in the South Central zone, and 3 in the South East zone.

There are 2 new confirmed cases in the South West zone, both in South West subzone 2.

There are 5 new cases with pending residence information.

Two cases with pending residence information have been assigned as follows - 1 to the Far North West zone, and 1 to the North Central zone.

Less than two-fifths (38.1%) of new cases are in the age category of 20 to 39.

Almost two-fifths (37.5%) of new cases eligible for vaccination (aged 12 years and older) were fully vaccinated.

The seven-day average of new COVID-19 cases is 73 (6.1 new cases per 100,000 population).

That brings the provincial total number of cases to 80,992, of which 715 are considered active.

There are 17 active cases in the South West zone - 6 in the South West subzone 1, and 11 in South West subzone 2.

There were 185 recoveries reported, with 7 of those in the South West zone, bringing the provincial total number of recoveries to 79,351.

There were no new deaths reported, leaving the provincial total number of deaths at 926.

There are 133 people in the hospital - 96 receiving inpatient care, and 37 in intensive care.

Of those 133 patients, 92 (69.2%) were not fully vaccinated.

There are 4 Saskatchewan residents receiving out of the province care in hospital.

To date, 1,277,698 COVID-19 tests have been processed in Saskatchewan.

And yesterday, there were 1,322 COVID-19 tests processed in the province.

Of the 16,082 variants of concern cases identified by whole genome sequencing in the province, 7,123 are Alpha (B.1.1.7), 10 are Beta (B.1.351), 484 are Gamma (P.1), and 8,465 are Delta (B.1.617.2).

There were 2,620 COVID-19 vaccinations administered yesterday in the province, 27 of those in the South West zone.

That brings the provincial total number of vaccinations given to 1,739,204.

There are now 835,367 Saskatchewan residents who are fully vaccinated.

As of November 30, the SHA's Patient Booking System can be used to book a COVID-19 test online. Online booking is available for testing sites across the province.

Anyone who is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or who has been informed that they may have been exposed to COVID should be tested as soon as possible. Booking online makes it possible to see all the dates and times that may work if drive-thru or walk-testing in not an option.

Individuals can book a test for themselves or for multiple people at once. A health card number and a valid email address or cell phone number will be required to book online.
