Adjournment is the verdict for the trio of individuals involved in the Central Avenue incident from earlier this month.

Kristen Morgan, Chad Whyte and Matthew Shiloff all made brief video link appearances in Swift Current Provincial Court yesterday morning before all three cases were extended.

Morgan a Swift Current resident who is facing nine charges including assault with a weapon was the first to appear of the three. Her case was adjourned until June 7th, to allow for her bail hearing request to be heard by the Queen's Bench.

She was originally denied bail on May 5th by Provincial Court Judge Karl Bazin due to concerns of public safety.

Both Whyte and Shiloff who are facing nine charges each from the incident including kidnapping, had their cases adjourned until May 26th.

The two Assiniboia residents had their defence counsel's request for a bail verification report.

The no contact order between the three will continue with all three have been remanded in custody until their next appearance in Swift Current Provincial Court.
