Update:

The white 2008 Ford F-150 has been found by the Swift Current City RCMP.

However, the RCMP state both the car and trailer are still the subject of the on-going search.

Background:

The Swift Current City RCMP are on the lookout for a couple of vehicles and a vehicle trailer after a theft yesterday morning.

Around 5 a.m. suspects used a stolen white 2008 Ford F-150 to take 30-foot vehicle transport trailer from a lot on the 400 block of North Railway Street West.

Inside the stolen trailer was an orange 1971 Dodge Dart Swinger with a black roof and a Saskatchewan licence plate XDARTX.

The trailer with a Saskatchewan license plate of UMBRELA is being described by the RCMP as white, no decals, with chrome trim along the bottom.

Police are asking anyone with information on the theft to contact them.
