Shaunavon RCMP are reporting today that Gene Paul Hook, also known as Jamie Garza, pleaded guilty to two counts of fraud and one count of obstruction in Swift Current Provincial Court this past Wednesday.
The remaining other eight charges were stayed.
Hook was sentenced to four months in custody and will be deported to the United States at the end of his sentence.
