A 57-year-old woman is dead after a farm accident near Mankota on Wednesday morning.
RCMP say they were called out to a farm site southwest of Mankota at 11:12am, where they found the woman trapped within a grain car. The victim was removed from the car and then taken by ground ambulance to Ponteix for a transfer to STARS Air Ambulance, but was pronounced dead before the STARS transport.
RCMP are not releasing the victim's name at the request of her family.
