CAA's Worst Roads in Saskatchewan campaign is back for another year.

The campaign was created by CAA to allow Saskatchewan drivers to help identify which roads require the most attention.

New to this year's voting process is the ability for cyclists and pedestrians to cast votes voicing their concerns on which roads they think are in need of improvement or repair.

The nomination process for the worst road, CAA says, should include at least one of the following problems; potholes or crumbling pavement, poor road signs, lack of cycling or walking infrastructure or traffic congestion.

Last year's campaign attracted 4,298 votes, with Saskatchewan Highway 354 near Dilke voted as the number one worst road in the province, winning for the second consecutive year in a row.

The results from the 2017 campaign will be released in early May and the information will be shared with government officials.

Voting for this year's contest for the province's worst road will begin on April 3rd before commencing on April 28th.
