Swift Current's Central School Choir and Bucket Drummers will be in the spotlight once again as part of the Saskatchewan talent for Telemiracle 42 in Regina.

The group is busy getting ready for the show and they have a couple of fundraisers ahead of the telethon, including a Valentine's Day bake sale at Swift Current Mall on February 10, and a concert at Central School this Thursday featuring Saskatchewan musician and Telemiracle national cast member Jeffery Straker. All of the money raised by the choir, and other Saskatchewan performers at Telemiracle, will be matched dollar for dollar by Nutrien up to $150,000.

Colin talked with Celia Hammerton, the director of the Central School Choir, about these events.

Telemiracle 42 happens March 3 & 4 at Regina's Conexus Arts Centre, and we'll let you know what time the choir will be performing closer to the show!
