Ideas for what to do with all that Leftover Halloween Candy!

more candy

Don't know what you're going to do with all that leftover candy from Halloween? Of course, this may not be a problem if you and your family devour it immediately....but if that's not you, and you always end up with a ton of little chocolate bars and candy in your pantry, I have a few easy ideas on how to get rid of it!

  1. Freeze it! Throughout the year add it to milkshakes, sundaes or ice cream! Yum!

  1. Bake it into cakes! Try peanut butter cup cookies or browning with fun size candy bars inside....or just put it on top of cakes and cupcakes or stir it into some icing.

  2. Make Trail Mix- Open bags of little candies like M&M's and make your own trail mix by adding pretzels, nuts and dried fruit!

  3. Put Chocolates into your coffee- This makes for a quick easy mocha!

  4. Keep some in your purse- Perfect for when you need a quick sugar fix or the kids need to be bribed. (we won't tell anyone)

  5. Use it for Holiday Decor- Save it and use it for a gingerbread house

  6. Give it Away!- This one is pretty simple, bring it to the office and it will be gone in no time flat!

I hope your kids have fun “Trick or Treating” this Halloween! The best part of Halloween? When the kids get home and dump out all their candy onto the table or floor to see what they have!

I'm sure the kids will make out like bandits this Halloween! Enjoy...and hopefully this gives you a few ideas for what you can do with all that extra candy, chocolatey-goodness!

Happy Halloween Everyone!
