With the long weekend approaching, it's important to be aware of safety on the highways. The May long weekend has the highest death counts and injuries due to impaired driving, so awarenss is important! 30 people this year alone have been killed in traffic accidents.

The Comp High School SADD Chapter would like to bring awareness, so tomorrow at 5:30 they're having a check stop at the top of the hill. SADD will also be travelling next week to Fredricton, New Brunswick for a Youth Against Impaired Driving Conference.

Colin talked with Lexy Harrison, a student at the Comp, about what SADD is doing.

If you're planning to be on the roads this weekend, drive safe!
