Tomorrow is the annual "Bell Let's Talk Day" - a day during which Bell will donate $0.05 from every text, phone call (local & long distance) from a Bell mobile phone, every tweet with the hashtag #BellLetsTalk, and every official photo share on Facebook toward helping those with mental illnesses in Canada.

Locally, Ruth Smith, the Executive Director of the Canadian Mental Health Association chapter in Swift Current, says she notices a huge impact in the southwest even when it comes to erasing the stigma surrounding mental illnesses. Hear her interview with Candace here.

Ruth and her team at the CMHA in Swift Current invites anyone who would like to chat with them confidentially to do so by calling 306 778 2440 - they work hand in hand with the professionals in the Cypress Health Region to ensure that everyone has someone to talk to.

So tomorrow (and every day) - let's TALK with #BellLetsTalk. is Swift Current's only source for community news and information such as weather and classifieds.
