A 34 year old man facing charges of break and enter, assault, and unlawfully entering a home was back in Swift Current Provincial Court for a bail hearing Thursday.
Jason Joseph Tomaro was denied bail and also entered guilty pleas to the break ins at a pair of local businesses over the months of October and November. He has pled not guilty to the unlawful entry of a home and assault charges.
Tomaro has been remanded in police custody and will return to court on February 1 for a trial and sentencing for the guilty pleas.
