The Saskatchewan government has released its updated five-year plan for highway construction.
Minister of Highways and Infrastructure Jim Reiter explains:
Reiter says the plan is important for a couple of reasons:
There are several construction projects underway on southwest Saskatchewan highways right now. They include the Highway 1 and 4 interchange in Swift Current, the Trans-Canada Highway east of the city, Highway 13 between Shaunavon and Eastend, and Highway 32 from Cabri to the Leader/Lancer area.
