In the September 13 COVID-19 update from The Saskatchewan Health Authority they are reporting a total of 449 new cases of the virus in the province.

Of those 449 new cases there are 40 in the Far North West zone, 19 in the Far North East zone, 102 in the North West zone, 43 in the North Central zone, 38 in the North East zone, 105 in the Saskatoon zone, 6 in the Central West zone, 9 in the Central East zone, 13 in the Regina zone, 9 in the South Central zone, and 11 in the South East zone.

There are 11 new cases reported in the South West zone - 3 in the South West subzone 1, and 8 in the South West subzone 2.

There are 43 new cases with pending residence information.

Ten cases with pending location have been assigned as follows - 1 to the Far North West zone, 4 to the Far North East zone, 2 to the North Central zone, 2 to the Saskatoon zone, and 1 to the South Central zone.

One Saskatchewan resident tested out of the province has been added to the case counts in the Saskatoon zone.

That brings the provincial total number of cases to 59,165, of which 3,776 are considered active.

There are 69 active cases in the South West zone - 39 in the South West subzone 1, and 30 in the South West subzone 2.

The seven-day average of new COVID-19 cases is 377 (31.3 new cases per 100,000 population).

There are 414 recoveries reported, bringing that provincial total to 54,764.

There are 4 new deaths reported, bringing the provincial total number of deaths to 625.

There are 209 people in the hospital - 168 receiving inpatient care and 41 in intensive care.

Of the 209 patients, 162 (77.5%) were not fully  vaccinated.
