It'll be at least another month before hearings get started in the trial of a Maple Creek man charged with voyeurism.

The court proceedings for 72-year-old Walter Wenaas have been sent over to June 13th in Maple Creek.

Council for the defendant requested additional time to review the disclosure with their client.

Wenass is free on bail.

On April 1, a client of a business on the 100 block of Jasper Street in Maple Creek filed a complaint with the RCMP.

Police say the complainant was concerned there may be a camera hidden in the private change room.

Members from the Maple Creek RCMP detachment went to the business and located and dismantled the camera.

Police then conducted a search of the business. They seized several computers, DVD's and other data storage media and sent them for analysis by the RCMP Tech Crime section.

They also found similar items at a private residence.
