Roy Williams, who was given four total charges last week, has had his case adjourned further in Swift Current Provincial Court.

The Swift Current and Medicine Hat resident is the second person charged in the Clarendon Hotel Fire, and was charged with:

- one count of breaching probation

- one count of arson

- one count of breaking, entering, and theft

- one count of possession of stolen property.

The next court appearance is set for November 21st, by way of video-call.

Judge Karl Bazin has decided to keep Williams in custody until he appears next, due to his history of past probation breaches.
