Optimism For Saskatchewan AG Sector

There’s a lot of optimism in the Ag sector in Saskatchewan.

Jason Moser is a Senior Investmant Manager with PFM Capital the largest private equity firm in Saskatchewan and said, “Ag specifically but other sectors to I think there is just a good enviroment for growth specifically we have the labour force, the commodities right now are going reasonably right direction and good interest rate enviroment, so nothing can last forever nothing is perfect but general it's a good enviroment to operate in.”

He said PFM has four key areas of investments which includes agriculture and agri-food value added products, “People are just interested in investing in Saskatchewan, in terms of actual businesses themselves to where it's ag or other spaces to they see opprotunities, so they see areas of growth or expansion so know one is quite content to stand pat for the most part.”
