The "Yes to Agriculture" Conference 2013 hosted by the Saskatchewan Young Ag-Entrepreneurs is underway in Saskatoon.

"We're an organization that targets farmers under the age of 40," said the groups chair, Rodney Voldeng, "and I shouldn't say we only target farmers because we target anyone with an interest in Agriculture, we do training sessions, conferences and a pile of networking."

Voldeng added the 2-day event includes a lot of great presenters.

"Al Schultz will be doing an adaptation, what's next in agriculture, food and the bio-resource sectors.  We will also have representatives talking about the new growing-forward, we'll have someone from the Saskatchewan Ministry, and someone from the FCC talking about the farmland values report."

The conference is being held at the Sheraton Cavalier in Saskatoon.
