RCMP are releasing the names of the two men who were arrested in connection with a weapons seizure near Mankota.

     After acting on a search warrant earlier this month, 60 firearms of various types, along with ammunition and cartridge reloading equipment, were found on a farm.

     Twenty-one charges were laid against 54-year-old James Alfred Frampton, and 18-year-old Rocky James Frampton.  The charges include eight counts of possession of prohibited firearms, three counts of possession of restricted firearms, five counts of careless storage of firearms, and two counts of possession of restricted or prohibited firearms with readily accessible ammunition.

     The Border Enforcement Team has also charged James Frampton with three counts of making false statements.

     Both men have been released, and are to appear in Swift Current Provincial Court on July 2nd.
