Back to Work for Teachers & Administrators

The kids get a couple more days to enjoy, but for most teachers and administrators it's back to school today in Saskatchewan.

Some have been doing some prep work already for the new school year but efforts get ramped up this weekend.

Parents are also preparing for the new year that starts on Tuesday.  School supplies were the hot item on the weekend at local stores.

The Chinook School Division is holding their regular meeting this afternoon just over a week away from classes resuming.

They will deal with reports on both their balanced literacy and math initiatives during the meeting.

The board will give direction on the costs of a Fundamentals of Coaching class, the sale of a bus garage and the Leader Capital Project and the rest of their regular business.
