A Lucky Lake resident that is facing four charges stemming from an April 28th Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant has been released from custody following her bail hearing.

58-year-old Patricia McGregor was released on $500 bail yesterday morning in Swift Current Provincial Court.

McGregor is charged with production of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possess proceeds of crime over $5000 and careless use of a firearm.

Eugene McGregor and George Ross are also facing multiple charges including production of a controlled substance from the April 28th incident that occurred at a residence on 2nd Avenue North in Lucky Lake.

The term's of McGregor's release are to have no contact with Eugene McGregor and George Ross, report to her approved residence which is close to Blackfalds, Alberta and to not be in possession of any firearms.

She also agreed to have a search warrant executed at her approved residence up to 6 times a month and to stay within 175 kilometres of the residence.

McGregor will be back in Swift Current Provincial Court on June 7th at 9:30 a.m.
