The PGA of Canada Saskatchewan Zone have unveiled their 2019 award nominees, with Jeff Chambers named a finalist for a trio of awards.

The Elmwood Golf and Country Club Teaching Professional is in the running for the 'Junior Promoter of the Year' award, the 'Teacher of the Year' award, and the 'Coach of the Year' award.

Chambers has been named the 'Junior Promoter of the Year' seven times in the last 13 years, including last year (2006, 2008-11, 2015, 2018).

He has earned one 'Teacher of the Year' award so far, coming in 2017. Chambers also was named 'Coach of the Year' for the first time last summer.

Meanwhile, the 'Player of the Year' category awaits the final two events of the season to see if Chambers and Elmwood head pro Brennan Rumancik will be in the running for that award.

Chambers and Rumancik are paired up for the Pro-Pro best-ball tournament tomorrow morning from Murray Golf Club in Regina.
