A man accused of stealing over 100 items had a court appearance earlier today, where he was told that he would have to make a plea at his next appearance.

Neil Olson was in Swift Current Provincial Court where he was told by Judge Karl Bazin that he would need to come to a decision on whether to plead guilty or not guilty before his next court appearance on February 13.

Originally, Olson was charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, two counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, and theft of electricity. His one count of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 was downgraded to fall under $5,000 in court earlier today.
